Pretty good

This hypnosis app is pretty good. I find it to be very relaxing and modifying to my outlook on life. My one complaint which stops me from giving it five stars is the inability to pause during playback. Am I missing something? Because I dont understand the inability to treat this player like a normal player with pause and FF and RW.

Amazing

Worth every cent, these apps by Glenn have completely transformed me over the past year! Thank you sincerely Glenn!

Start healing

It wont take the place of psychotherapy, but this will start you on the path.

Excellent! Improvements felt immediately!

I felt immediate improvements after using this app. I highly recommend this app if you are looking to make positive changes in your life!

Love it!

I love all of the solfeggio apps for different reasons. They all help me become more peaceful and have cured my insomnia. I dont know about it "healing broken DNA" (how do you break it?), but it helps me in other great ways. Great app.

Review

I was very disappointed. The tones can barley be heard because you have to try and listen through this guys voice over for the whole 45mins. Out of the three versions on this app the only one without a voice over is 10 mins long and the tone is still hardly audible.

Powerful!

Ive tried lots of guided hypnosis sessions and meditations. This series is the best, by far. I actually feel physical shifts and changes in my body while listening. Glenns words are powerful and fitting. He states everything in positive terms, which is very important in these types of recordings. The music is magical. I highly recommend this entire series!

Great App However...

There needs to be a separate volume control for the vocals vs. the music. I can barely hear the music and need a way to adjust for my hearing. Fix that and will give it a 5 star rating!

One star

Disappointed. I anticipated getting what the app promised, high quality relaxing sound but when I started listening to it in a relaxed mode I was suddenly jolted and startled by a very non-relaxing masculine voice as the barely audible music in the background continued. He kept talking and I did not feel at all soothed by the sound of his voice and not only that, I could barely hear the instrumentals. Waste of my $.

Zero stars

Only 2 audio files. Are you kidding me? Loop doesnt work and files are very short. By saying this I feel more relaxed already. Scam!

Audio has talking in it

It would be better if the audio didnt have the guy talking in it. Would be better if I had option to mute the voice.

Calms my anxiety

I am very much enjoying these meditations. I already have the 528Hz & 639Hz and am planning to buy the others. Started using the 528Hz when I quit drinking about a year ago and it has really helped me get through some rough times. Calms my anxiety and wonderful to listen to before bed. I have other meditation programs, but I always end up coming back to these Solfeggio meditations. Also great to listen to while flying.

Purchases Twice

I have much good to say about this system of meditation and would give this app five stars if I didnt have to buy it twice. I had a previous version of the app with each frequency as an in-app-purchase, but after some upgrades that split the meditations into separate apps, it was no longer available.

Disappointed

Too much talking. I was hoping for 528 music with no hypnotic influence. Wish there was more to offer with just good vibrations and pure healing tones.

Not as relaxing as others

I originally downloaded a meditation app by Glenn Harrold on an older iPad called "Meditation for Inner Wisdom" that I liked a lot and I was hoping to download it on my iPhone but I could not find it in the App Store or even in my previous purchases on my phone. I tried this one instead and was disappointed. The music in this is not relaxing at all and he should put the intro on a separate track so you dont have to hear it over and over again, especially annoying on loop. Also there is a point where you are supposed to be engulfed in some kind of cleansing fire, but to me that sounds horrific! Who wants to be engulfed in fire? That made me stressed instead of relaxed. Also those in the U.S. have to get used to his accent-- ie: "naytcha" is nature, etc... Im not sure if his accent is Australian or from the UK but he should focus a bit on correct pronunciation. Not happy with this, wish I could get the app I had purchased on my old iPad on my phone...
