Highly recommend!

I now have purchased the first 3 in this series and find them truly wonderful. Each has both an awake and a sleep version. When listening to the awake versions a sense of peace and rightness washes over me and i am led to places i am happy to go. The sleep version results in a sleep state within a couple of minutes and yet I feel I am receiving much positive influence from it as well. I am always surprised when I awake the next morning with the earphones still in and no conscious memory of hearing anything. The hypnotist instills an authentic sense of real caring as he guides you to a place where healing can take place and the solfeggio scale background music is the icing on the cake. I have tried many hypnosis apps but these are unique. Really worth the purchase.
